Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings.
New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of the annual subscription. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.

PixPaint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
PixPaint is not intended to provide professional image editing or design services. The AI-powered editing features are for general entertainment and personal use purposes only and should not be considered as professional editing services.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixPaint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your access to PixPaint immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or other appropriate means. Your continued use of PixPaint after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
