EasyCalorie Terms of Service

1. About EasyCalorie

EasyCalorie is a mobile application developed by Fei Yang that provides AI-powered food recognition and nutritional tracking services. The app uses advanced AI technology to help users track daily nutritional intake and manage weight by recognizing food photos and providing nutritional information.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EasyCalorie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use EasyCalorie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

EasyCalorie offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
• Annual Subscription: $9.99 per year

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process certain information to provide and improve our services. This includes:

• Usage analytics to improve app performance
• Food photos and nutritional data you choose to upload
• Account information for subscription management
• Health and weight tracking data for personalized features
